For tool questions or bugs, include the product name, version, platform and what happened. For account help, use the email linked to your account. Please don't send passwords or sign-in codes. I reply personally, so allow a few days.

We can't tell you what to trade, how much to risk or which broker to use — that would be financial advice, and we're not authorised to give it. See the risk disclosure.

Who runs PrecisionFX

PrecisionFX is run by Dan Freeman, trading as PrecisionFX, based in the United Kingdom. It's one trader building the tools he couldn't afford — indicators, strategies, a trade copier, risk tools and a trade journal for MetaTrader 5 and NinjaTrader 8.

There's no company behind it, no sales team and no investors.

03

How it pays for itself

The trading tools and journal are free. You don't need to donate or buy a service to use them. You can support the work through:

  • Donations through Ko-fi — voluntary, and they don't buy extra features.
  • Affiliate links to services traders already use — always labelled. See the affiliate disclosure.

Website design is a separate paid service, quoted for each project. Planned VPS hosting will also have its own price. These services do not unlock extra trading-tool or journal features.
